The hotel is conveniently located in the newer, more modern area of the city. It is also close to the main square, ensuring a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. The staff at the hotel are welcoming and accommodating, always ready to assist guests.
Some guests mentioned that the breakfast options were basic and not of great quality.

The room was shocking, with a stuck toilet door and a lack of basic amenities like coffee pods and drinks in the mini fridge. The decor was old and falling apart, making me question the hotel's claim of being a 5-star hotel. The staff were negligent and unhelpful, and the hotel lacked proper communication and customer service. the location of the hotel was superb, with it being close to popular areas like Sofitel and La Mamounia. The breakfast buffet was large and offered a variety of options, and the seafood pasta at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. Despite its flaws, I would still recommend this hotel based on its location and decent food options.

We absolutely loved this hotel! the luxurious amenities and service were truly outstanding. the Spa & wellness centre was perfect, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. the massage we received was exceptional and left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the restaurant at the hotel served delicious food, and the in-room breakfast was a wonderful touch. the location was perfect, with many great restaurants and attractions nearby.
this didn't greatly impact our overall experience at the hotel.

We loved the location, with a short walk to the lively city center. The breakfast was delicious and spa staff were friendly and helpful. The steam room was a great amenity and the pool area was a good size. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated these facilities that added value to our stay.

The hotel provided us with luxurious amenities that fulfilled our needs, making for a truly exceptional stay. Service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all highlights of our trip.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the breakfast, which was not fully set up to receive guests on time. the packed lunches and special diet menus more than made up for it.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the main square but away from the hullabaloo to ensure some quiet. The staff were amazing, so attentive and friendly. The hotel facilities were wonderful, with a comfortable pool area and a fantastic spa. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were great too make me feel special.
Everything is what I need and want.
